1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using NeuralTable's digital labor platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
2. Service Description
NeuralTable provides autonomous digital agents for restaurant operations, including:
- Reputation management and review monitoring
- Portfolio analytics and executive briefing
- Kitchen quality feedback loops
- Guest recognition and VIP alerting
- Proactive guest resolution systems
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete integration information
- Ensuring compliance with third-party platform terms (Toast, OpenTable, Google)
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Subscription and Billing
Subscription terms:
- Subscriptions are billed monthly at $500 per agent
- 14-day free trial available for new customers
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled 7 days before billing cycle
- Refunds available within 30 days of initial purchase
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
5. Data Usage and Ownership
You retain ownership of your restaurant data. By using NeuralTable, you grant us permission to process, analyze, and use your data to provide services. We may use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement and benchmarking purposes.
6. Service Level and Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:
- Service interruptions due to maintenance or third-party outages
- Data processing delays from integration partners
- Guest responses or actions resulting from automated communications
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal purposes or to violate third-party rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
- Share account access with unauthorized parties
- Generate spam or fraudulent communications
- Interfere with other users' access to the service
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to the service and associated data after a 30-day grace period.
9. Limitation of Liability
NeuralTable shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
